2. Description of Service

Pace & Pulse Coaching provides an online coaching platform that utilizes personal health and activity data (such as data imported from Garmin Connect) to offer personalized training plans, insights, and coaching feedback.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using the service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from our servers.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the platform.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

5. Third-Party Integrations (Garmin Connect)

Our service integrates with Garmin Connect to access your Activity and Health data. By authorizing this connection, you agree that:

• You are the rightful owner of the Garmin account or have permission to connect it.
• We may access, process, and store your Garmin data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You can revoke our access to your Garmin data at any time through your Garmin account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are owned by Pace & Pulse LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not use our brand name, logo, or content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

The services provided by Pace & Pulse Coaching are for informational and coaching purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new training regimen, especially if you have existing health conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pace & Pulse Coaching and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
